• Access to HIPAA compliant patient portal to access and print all reports and recommendations
• Copy of OneOme DNA results and reports (reports include information on: mental health medications, cancer medications, and your current medications)
• Access to FullScript to order quality supplements
• Access to all patient educational resources

Personalized recommendation report includes:

• Explanation of DNA results
• List of your current medications that are affected by your DNA 
• List of major drug interactions and what symptoms to look for 
• List of personalized recommendations for medications, supplements, and lifestyle choices

Does not include:

Additional services included with the comprehensive  package: 

• Recommendations based on other lab results that you have from other doctors
• Medication recommendations based on the insurance you have and what medications are covered
• List of vitamins and minerals you should take because they may be decreased by your medications
• Non-drug recommendations (examples: light therapy for depression, ways to reduce acid reflux, reduce blood clot risk, etc)
• Educational materials on your conditions, medications or anything else that may be relevant

Does not include:

• Cost of the pharmacogenomic test

• If you have a traditional Medicare/Medicaid plan, Managed Medicaid Plan, or TRICARE, your cost will be $0
• If you qualify for OneOme’s financial assistance program the test may cost anywhere from $49 to $349
• If you do not qualify for OneOme’s financial assistance program the cash price is $349
• OneOme can bill your insurance if you have a Medicare Advantage plan, marketplace or commercial insurance. However, the cash price may be cheaper depending on your insurance copayment or deductible
